• Phase 1 | Concept: We start by conducting thorough research and development to create a unique design plan that perfectly suits you and your family. We consider your preferences, lifestyle, and functional requirements to craft a design concept that aligns with your vision.

• Phase 2 | Design + Details: In this phase, we focus on finalizing the design and develop detailed documentation that facilitates seamless implementation during construction or trade work. This includes creating comprehensive plans, drawings, and specifications to guide the implementation of the design. We create a comprehensive design binder that includes all the necessary information for easy communication with tradespeople and the construction team. This ensures that the design is accurately executed and meets your expectations.

• Phase 3 | Build: Depending on project scope, we will meet with the Contractor to go over the project details before the work starts, one to two site visits per month, to ensure installation is being implemented according to the design plan, and before project completion for the project punch-list finishing work.

• Phase 4 | Completion: Yay! Now that your project is done, we come in to accessorize and bring the space to life for glamour shots of the completed project.
